Terms of Service & Policy
Welcome to Nicilynn. We provide venue rental services inclusive of tableware, setup, and cleanup, as well as standalone tableware rentals for off-site events. By engaging with our services, you agree to the following terms:
Booking & Payment
A signed rental agreement and 25% non-refundable deposit are required to reserve your date.
Remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the scheduled event.
Accepted payment methods include : Check, cash, and all major forms of credit cards.
Service Inclusions / Rental Period
Rental includes exclusive use of our venue for the reserved standard time, setup and teardown services, and full tableware access.
Tableware includes china, glassware, flatware, serving pieces, etc.
The standard rental period for is 4 hours, which includes time for your event as well as arrival and wrap-up. This time frame ensures a smooth and enjoyable experience without rushing.
Need more time? Extended rental options may be available for an additional fee. Let us know your event details, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancellations made more than 15 days before the event: you will forfeit the 25% deposit with no additional charges.
Cancellations made within 15 days of the event: a partial refund of 50% of the total will be issued. This accounts for the time, resources, and preparations already invested.
Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested at least 30 days prior to the scheduled event.
Guest Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for guest behavior and adherence to venue policies.
Smoking and use of open flames are prohibited unless pre-approved.
Damage to property or tableware will incur charges based on repair or replacement cost.
Liability & Insurance
Clients may be required to provide event insurance depending on event size/type.

Off-Site Sentimental Table Rentals
Rental Period
Tableware rentals from Sentimental Table are available for up to 3 days, ensuring ample time for setup and cleanup:
Day 1: Pick up or receive delivery the day before your event.
Day 2: Enjoy a beautifully set table for your gathering.
Day 3: Return your rentals the day after the event.
If rentals are not returned by the end of the third day, a late fee will be incurred for each additional day. If you need extra time, please let us know in advance—we’re happy to accommodate when possible!
Care Instructions
Please handle vintage and delicate items with care.
Items must be returned scraped clean, free of food.
Damages & Replacements
We understand that accidents happen! If an item is broken, chipped, or damaged beyond use, a replacement fee of 10 times the rental price will be charged.
For example:
A plate rented for $1 would have a replacement fee of $10 if broken.
A glass rented for $2 would have a replacement fee of $20 if damaged.
This ensures that we can replace the item and maintain our high-quality inventory for future rentals. If you have any concerns about an item’s condition upon receiving it, please let us know before your event.
Pickup & Delivery
We primarily serve areas in and around the Illinois Valley area. But we also serve up to an 125 mile radius!
Delivery and pickup services are available within 125 radius.
Schedule must be confirmed at least 30 days prior. Fees may apply for delivery/pickup.
All rentals are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.
